Pista Gajjak and gud Khasta was soft and gud rewari was crunchy.quality was same from past 15 years

I have ordered from your website previously but got delivery everytime and accurate product as well.
But this time, I ordered nearly 10days ago but the shipment wasn't delivered and you people haven't refunded the amount as well. Don't you have this much courtsey to at least refund your customer's amount if the shipment cannot be delivered?
