Product related issues

I have been ordering from last 2 years. This year experience isn’t satisfying. Product was delivered to Pune within 3 days however product was totally gone. It wasn’t in the shape it was supposed to be. I ordered 7 boxes leaving rewri apart other 5 boxes were in the same condition. And, when I reported I did not get a satisfactory response.
