I recently purchased what was advertised as “Milk Cake” from Gulab, but what I received was actually Mysore Pak, and not even a good version of it. The item was dripping with oil, which made it overly greasy and unpleasant to eat. It’s incredibly disappointing that the company would resort to such misleading labeling and serve a product that falls far short of expectations.
As a customer, I trust that the product names on the packaging are accurate, but this experience has shaken that trust. It’s a shame that a company would engage in such petty practices. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve both their product quality and honesty in labeling.
